[WANTED] Fittings for heater hoses

Need the fittings for the heater hoses on my 340. The one for the intake and the one for the water pump. The diameter of the pipes from the heater core are 5/8". I also need the finish plate that holds the rubber gasket on around the heater pipes at the firewall. The gasket I will make myself.

Should be able to buy new ones at any of the chain parts stores

I think I got my pipe fittings at tractor supply.

You don't need one for the water pump. The heater hose slips over the nipple that's there. Looks like someone threaded the i.d. of the nipple. Most likely cause they bypassed the heater core and needed to plug it.

Thanks fishy,that explains it. I'm no mechanic and haven't got the experience a lot of you have but I am trying to do what I can on my own. It was the water pump one that had me confused.
