I'm a pretty big deal
is there any way to pop them off and straighten them up mine are all bent
fixing gauge needles?

Excelelnt question... I too am interested in the answer for my speedometer. Thanks for asking!
The pointer will come off of a speedometer or an amp gauge. it will not come off of the oil. temp, fuel gauges.
