Nice orange filter. With Great USA Quality.
Well I gave up on oil filter when one came apart during a brake-in.
Was on sale so grabbed a few air filters. Nice evenly pleated filter. Andvsome sticky stuff so glued to box.
If you installed it as is you would be not getting it back out. We'll not without scrape, scrape into little pieces

I think i am going to call the number on box and send pictures of the pleated parts being so Sadly assembled. QC IS WAY OFF. IF NOTHING ELSE GET THERE THIUGHT
I beat you by about 10 years LOLOL I am 77
Well I wanted to see the quality before I considered the 120-130 dollars for a reproduction of the oval ones. Oh well should I'll not have trusted anything made in a Four-In country like You-Sa (usa) the workers and their employers that own the factory that makes stuff don't care about quality

Hey, @340six, they WILL NOT care. You will get complaint response letter #5 which will say something like, "We are so sorry you are unhappy with your purchase. Please know that product quality and satisfied customers are #1 with us. Please accept these cou[ons for 2 free air filters and 2 free oil filters. Thank you for being a loyal Fram customer." That's it! Your complaint will NOT be forwarded to a department that could look into it because they DO NOT care.

i have a couple of those still in the box in the basement.. someone had them laying around for years..

I did a filter research project about a decade ago for a client. The topic was oil filters, but still. The results put Fram about as close to the bottom of the list as you could get. I use Wix filters based on that study. NAPA used to be good (they rebranded Wix), but they recently resourced to a sub-quality supplier for their "Gold" products. Stick with Wix when you can get it for your needs.
