building my 68 cuda fastback. this is a street car. what is the best frame connectors to use? what brand? thanks guys..

US Cartool, have them on all 3 of my cars....awesome!, they have to be welded in but look factory when done.

From doing online research, US CarTool to have the best reputation for pre-made sub frame connectors. That said, I bought two 3x1.5", .125" wall, 4' long tubes for my Duster last weekend. The cost was <$40 and I have a mig welder so the decision was easy. Yet to install.

Us car tool connectors are nice and one of the more pricey units. They use the floorpan to complete the boxing. They look factory when installed.

Same basic part installed on a superbee

The other route has been mentioned, 2x2 or 2x3, .083-.125 wall tubing. Much less expensive. Still very good.
