Yeah im hoping for the best, the new pump showed up yesterday now im awaiting a new gasket

I m planngin on using the old torque converter to test it because we know that it worked when we took it out. just in case the whole thing stems around a crappy torque converter

Well the inside of the pump was viewed as not out of the normal but we did find a broken ring clip inside which seemed to make a difference. We bench tested and found it to work ok. Then the trans was installed and and upon first start up, the cooling line must hav shifted during the reinstall and i cut the flex line for the cooler, but it also shot trans mission fluid every where. Im thinking the pumping/ pressure issue is not resolved. Ill know more tonight once i switch out the line. thanks everyone.
