front radiator support

Is the front radiator support attached to the frame rails and inner fender,i don't have inner fenders or the front support so just wondering what i need and how to attach it all together?

yeah, the lower piece ( yoke?) and the radiater support are stacked and welded to the ends of the frome rails. Replacing the entire dog house is a challenge. If its not fairly close to squared up correctly you can't get the fenders and hood to line up. Good luck
