Fuel pump to filter line

No idea. You might have crimped (bent) the line so sharp it crimped shut. Unhook the line from the filter, let it "relax" towards the ground and crank the starter briefly into an empty container.
 
There's gotta be something behind the engineering design of it, right? I'm going to a hydraulic repair shop that makes lines like it, see what happens. Car ran fine after replacing pump, let it sit for about a week and now it's dry.
