Gents,

Does anyone have contcat details for Gary Ball's Interiors in Syracuse, Indiana. I bought a set of A100 seats from him about a year back and now need a rear seat delete panel for my 68 Hemi Dart.

Yeah Kramer's was my first choice and they stated, "we have never been able to get a good template from an original SS Dart." You have to respect Kramer's for not putting out a less than correct products. I have purchased a great deal from Kramer's and all their stuff is spot on..velocity stacks, rear mount battery, cables......

Gary Ball is the only other supplier I have heard of...he does not answer his email though. Search continues!

He has had my $2500 deposit for 6 months, won't answer calls from my number but picks up other calls. Suggestions on how to either get my interior or a refund. Paid by check as he doesn't accept credit cards. Rather disturbing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i know that Ball does really good work and i've heard about the L-O-N-G wait times and difficulty getting a hold of him.

i'd suggest calling from a different line to get somebody on the phone and state that you want either your refund immediately or an agreed upon timeline for the interior, or that your next steps will be legal in nature.

paid by check, if mailed can be legged out to mail fraud, just like FYI.

or a lawyers letter sent certified mail is usually $350 well spent.

Truth be told I was hoping not to get into a legal pissing contest with him, but if need be will do so. False promises about delivery and completion get old after 2 or 3 months. All I want is honesty, and for someone to do the job they got paid to do. If someone on this forum is friends with him, tell him to get his crap together.
