gear and tire question

I have 15" weld wheels. I am going to buy mt et drag radials.
I want to be at 6200 rpm at the end of the 1/4 mile. Is there any way of picking the tires and rear gear ratio that will achieve this.I would rather buy just once. I am also running a std 727 with new sprag etc if this makes a difference.All help would appreciated.

This is just for reference. 67 Dart 4.30 rear 235/60/15 drag radial 26''tall.Ran thru the lights right at 62-6300 rpm. Same car same setup with 27 1/2'' tall hoosier quick time pro ran the lights at 57-5800 rpm. Same car with 3.73 rear and 235's hit the lights at about 5200.

Not without having run the car enough to have a really good idea of what it's gonna run.
