I just picked up a pair of Gilmer style gear kit for my 360 engine. I have installed a crank gear with spacer and water pump gear. I need to move my alternator up about 1 1/2 inches with spacers to line up the alternator pulley which is the main guide which keeps the belt on all pulleys lined up. The problem is I have no power steering due to Gilmer gear does not make a pulley for the power steering pump. Any suggestions? I am going to take a standard water pump flange and bore out the center and press it on to my power steering pump and align it properly and then install the same Gilmer gear for a water pump and use a longer Gilmer belt. They come in all sorts of sizes. If anyone has ran into this problem please advise. thanks..

Gotta ask... Why do you want those pullies?
You want to run one belt to run the alternator, waterpump, and the powersteering? Probably going to need to fab up a tensioner of some sort, and that is going to be a really long belt. The longest i saw doing a quick google search is 49"... I doubt that will be even close.
