I met Jon and Chris (RIP) from Savatage back in 87 at a 500 seat bar in Ohio.
Nicest guys in the world and spent almost 45 min after the show talking to me about equipment and live sound mixing/recording.

VERY underrated band, but TSO is making up for that big time.

Also met John Kay (Steppenwolf), Mark Farner (Grand Funk), Jonathan Cain (Journey), Gary Ritchrath (REO), and a few others at that small *** bar that booked GREAT acts. David T. Chastian as well (look him up).

Saw Motorhead in Cincy around 89ish.

Saw Metallica Justice for All and Black Album tours.

Ozzfest with the 1969 Black Sabath lineup and Judas Priest.

WISH I had seen ST with Rocky George.

Drummer for DRI was one of the first people I met in FL.

Saw Megadeth in early 90s.

Bought Lee Ving (FEAR) a beer at the Ritz in Ybor city about 94ish.
I'm sure that's on a few bucket lists.

Met James and D'arcy of Smashing Pumpkins at same venue and got to help tear down the stage setup.

Saw Marilyn Manson pre-Sweet Dreams.
...and dated one of his ex-girlfriends!
...yes I've been checked...seriously, one of the smartest humans I've ever met (the girl).

Saw Judas Priest every show but one between 82 and 92, and few others.

Don't make me get out my box of ticket stubs.....

Pennywize and Vandals was the last show I saw. I saw Foghat about 15 years ago in front of about 30 people in a bar in Westminster, Ca. And these guys filled stadiums back in '78??? Caught them again a year later in Tahoe, unplanned at the "Losers Lounge.."!
