Grade 8 Bolt Question?

I know six lines on the head of a bolt designate a grade 8 fastener. But does the same hold true for a bolt that holds six grooves instead of six lines? (see middle bolt in photo) Thank you.

That middle bolt looks like one for to secure the flexplate to the torque converter so i would assume it’s a Grade 8
