Grill color

Hey guru's I posted this question 2 days ago, but did not get much response to it. So here goes again

I have a 1972 Demon that I need to repaint grill what color paint do I use Argent Silver or just plain Silver. Thanks in advance Tony :salut:

Can anyone please give me some idea what color the grill needs to be painted. I am restoring this car and would like to get it right. Alittle help Please :sad2:

Mopar Muscle had an article on grill repair last year, if memory serves me correctly, they mentioned these grilles came painted argent silver and black. They used a Dupont Centurion paint with a 25% flattening base.

I e-mailed john at color match,He run's the store dupont rep and paint trouble shooter.He said that he would see what he could find.He said a hot rod shop in town had him look it up as well about two year's ago.he don't have oldtimer's like oldvart john is 31 and just has to look up the color's he gave Darwin's hot rod's. they said it was perfect.so just hang in there and I will get back atcha. mike,sorry sid

John dupont rep said he think,s whitey is most likely wright,,,,
absolutly the 25% flatener is correct.
and I myself would say argent silver would be my vote.
that is all I've got lol. mike
