Grill Question- It's that time of year!

Charcoal grille fire up some Steak.. Italian sausage ..corn.. and call a bunch of people .. can't wait been a mild winter and I'm ready to go .......next month ..corn on the grill is a favorite,along side a nice steak

Got a boston butt inthe rotisserie now, will update in a few hours....

Update: 1 hour in with some pecan smoke and it is starting to bark up nicely

A friend had us over for Szalonna sandwiches last night. Basically it's thick pieces of pork belly (bacon) cooked using these big homemade pliers that have been sitting in the coals til hot. You drip the grease on to the bread and veggies while the pork cooks. It's a traditional Hungarian meal.

Interesting. Never had pork belly, it's on the list!
