Yes, isn't it called significant figures? As when its called out in dimensioning.....if they call out 4 significant figures, 6.123, that is the tolerance expected. It goes the same way when balancing a motor, you can always get it 'more balanced' but the more you F with it, the more time and labor is involved for no gain.
There is a 413 too.
