Anybody got a part number or Brand name of a good quality puller/installer set? I dont mine paying for quality tools. For big and smallblocks balancers. Thanks:thankyou:

This is where I have bought the majority of my engine assembly tools through the years..... Top shelf, and IMO reasonably priced. I am particular about how I handle most tools so take this with a grain of salt but for what you are specifically asking about both of these items I have owned from them for over 25 years and they still work flawlessly.....

My snap on is over 25 years old. Was given to me.
For the amount of abuse it has taken its money well spent. I would not think twice of buying another if i wreck this one.

mine came off a Cornwell Tools truck. Also over 20 years old and has fit everything I have tried to put it on including imports with the various adapters included.
Any brand name or part numbers thanks

The installer doesn't need to be killer strong so most any decent brand should work. Summit should have a bunch of different ones for sale. The puller needs some beef to it or else you'll pull it apart. When you go to buy a puller look at the thread size and buy the biggest thread size you can afford. I ended up making my own puller years ago since I couldn't find anything I really liked. I used 1 x 20 thread which is big and super fine. This puller has worked for 20+ years now and is still going strong. I made it from chrome moly and had it heat treated so that helps.........
