This maybe a dumb question but here it goes. If i were to port match my manifold, what tool would i use to do this? can you use a Dremmel? or do you have to use air tools?

Look at ferinacarbide.com and get the 4 flute carbides for aluminum and a dremmel tool will cut too fast so use air and run it as slow as it will go as most of the air tools are too fast, so a regulator for the air line will be needed or get a tool that has one built in. Also keep it lubricated or the carbide will dull quickly.

You can get an electric Die Grinder or an air one. I bought an electric one from Harbor Freight for like $39 or $49 dollars. There are abrasive kits for heads also from Summit, Mancini, etc.. One other item I bought was a speed control box to go between electric outlet and die grinder to keep rpms in operating range of abrasive tips. Check link below for some good tips on porting heads.Mike
