Header Options

I have a 68 Barracuda 340 with 727 and power steering, the headers on the car right now are Hooker Competition part#5901. I'm looking at replacing them with ceramic headers in black (not silver), my exhaust is still new.
What is the best ceramic headers that will mount to my existing exhaust without any modification, or is it better just to have the existing headers ceramic coated? and save some money.

Depending on the condition of your headers,you currently have: 2 options. Recoating yours,or checking out the Hooker "Dark side" black coated 5901's. If you get them coated, they possibly could do inner & outer tube walls. (lasts longer) Compare the price difference,make an decision.My,.02.....

I was looking at the Hooker 5901-4HKR black ceramic and 5901-3HKR Titanium colored ceramic headers, wouldn't Hooker do the ceramic coating on the inside of these headers, anybody running either of these headers your opinion about them would be appreciated.
