headers on a low deck

has anyone actually and successfully installed cheapy B-body headers on a low deck?

there was an article on big block dart dot com about it but as far as I knew it was done but never road tested.

Also I was looking for real world experience because I need to know if the the driver side header will clear the Z-bar on a manual?

Yes! I followed the directions on BBD and used the Hedman Elete in a '71 Duster.
Worked perfectly. Take note on front end steering linkage clearances. Issue with the passenger side pitman arm. If you need to ever change out a starter, it will be an all day affair!
