Are there any aftermarket things you can install to buzz if you leave your headlights on?
I guess these were on MoPar staring around 69? or so. But I would like something on my '64 Dart no matter how primitive. I saw on ebay these MoPar buzzers for 70-71 cars.. .adaptable.

I am just too used to the warning and so far no meltdowns but there were 2 close calls where I almost forgot.

thanks,

Bob B
new tires on the 64 Dart GT convert this Saturday!

I built a 24 piece lot of headlight buzzers a few years back. Taps onto the fuse box in seconds. No tools required. Wasn't much call for them. I donated a dozen to be given away as door prizes. I may still have 1 here. I'll need to look around.

That is the same as mine in some ways. Much different in other ways. I know which is the better design and which will live longer. Pointless to point out the differences here/now though. Cheers
I wish I could find some info on the GM one. It was a small buzzer about inch square and 2 18 gauge wires. You hook it into the instrument light fuse.

I bought one from NAPA (7821637) a few years back, it still might be still available. Just talked to NAPA and it is still for sale here in Canada, so it should be for sale in the US.

Well it appears they are simple enough. But if any one size fits all, off the rack ones are available -- I haven't found one yet, although only started looking. It appears these would although in other thread i started it appears getting aftermarket intermittent wiper units to work on MoPar is difficult. Along w/ 4 way flasher, and FM converter, these were the only modern-world changes I wanted to make.

NAPA has it. Thanks!

There are a few ppl who have installed neon and ram intermittent wiper motors in these cars. They're mounted under the dash so it also cleans up the engine compartment some.
