Help 68-69 barracuda steering column

Somebody help me!!
Took apart my column a while back to paint and rebuild and have forgotten how it goes back together. How do these 2 pieces lock together?? I dont see/remember any screws holding in them in place. I'm stumped. Thanks

The collar on the left is held to the column with a hidden allen head screw. The collar on the right is held to the collumn with two bolts with square heads and nuts on the side facing the camera.
