Help identify threaded rod.

I found a pair of these in my body parts today for my 69 Swinger. Trying to figure out if they are a Mopar part or just connecting rods for the pitot static tube to the fuselage.

The barracuda has one similar, goes up inside heater box, holds it up against dash.
Support for fenders?
Battery hold down?
Thats all i got.

Spare tire hold down, not sure if from these cars but my Polara has one.

Thanks FABO, since I replaced my heater box with a vintage air it wont go there. Also since I had a pair not sure about the spare. We'll wait and see on the spare.
