Help identifying correct year for this harness

I am clearing some of the duplicates I have accumulated. One of the 3 was labeled as a 74 DART w/AC, but it looks slightly different than the harness in my 74 Dart. The other(s) appears to be older but not marked. Looks like fuse block on one of them was on backside of the bulkhead, not like later when it was on the kick panels. Ideas regarding correct year (range) by looking at fuse blocks?

well the 2nd one pretty closely matches my 74. So guess the one in question is the 3rd one?

Google/ search visible part numbers
Search the service manuals.........you can download several at MyMopar, including a 73, and there's a poor copy somewhere I made of the 74 wiring

So I have combed through wiring diagrams to definitely say what year this harness fits. I’m coming up empty. It has the connections for the seatbelt interlock which should clearly mark it a 74 harness, right? But the color codes do not match any of the diagrams I have located. Any one have a picture of the bulkhead on a 74 we can compare this to?

So a gentleman on Facebook said he was able to cross-reference the part number of the 1st one to a 73 Duster part number. Not sure if this is accurate or not, but when I asked him how he did that he responded with via manuals. I certainly am not doubting him, but any idea how/where to access a parts manual for 70's A Bodies?
