Ok I have a 68 Cuda that was drum/drum non power.
I've upgraded to a 73 front disc and larger drum rear brakes. I want to stay non power what master cylinder should I use???

15/16 bore is the key..

hope it helps

The smaller bore gives you more "mechanical advantage" than larger bores,, gives you better pedal feel, less effort..

Some feel the larger bore is like stepping on a rock,.. hard to push, all or nothing feel.. the larger the bore, the harder the rock. lol

On some vehicles changing the rear w/cyls from 7/8 to 15/16 helps as well..

I did a similar swap/upgrade and inertia is correct. The size of bore in that master cylinder is the is the key. I purchased my brake components through RIGHT STUFF DETAILING @ http://www.getdiscbrakes.com/disc-brake-conversions. They have a toll free # to call for tech advise. (1-800-405-2000) They can make sure you've got the correct master cylinder, brake rod, etc... - and their prices are reasonable. You'll probably want to add an adjustable proportioning valve also.
