Hey FABO
Anyone know where I can buy thick valve cover gaskets? .250" or thicker would work. My M/T covers hit the runners on my intake.
Thanks all

Double gasket or trim the covers

Yeah, most folks just neatly notch valve cover rail.

Trim the covers. Set them on without the gaskets and mark them where they need to be trimmed. Gently trim until they fit nice and flat.

The M/T covers are notched flush with the gasket surface and still hit the runners (Holley Strip Dominator). I guess I will double the gaskets. I dont want to pull the intake and grind it since it's already installed.
Thanks FABO

You need to grind the covers not the intake.
I have a M1 intake on mine, and MP valve covers, the valve covers hit.
I just double gasket them, it is a shame when chryslers own parts will not work together.
