Yes agreed, using a postal m.o. provides a little better protection I guess. I have no first hand info on someone filing a fraud charge with the postmaster, but I've read some stories about it. Maybe you have knowledge of successful prosecution for fraud using them and not delivering the goods?
 
But.... If you send a MO send it as as signature. That you way you know for sure they got it. Get a detailed list of parts and items you are buying.

73abodee sent me cash and Im up here in Canada and it made it safe n sound!

Find a member close by and do the deal for ya! Paypal wont do anything for ya, and if yer gov is anything like ours......
 
I'm gonna find out.....might have to do some sweeping of my own, I have the broom my ex wife left behind :)
