help with tranny not wanting to go into 2nd or 4th

ok,. took pinky for a drive. it was shifting into all gears fine, minus fourth. just feels like the shifter arm is hitting something and not allowing it to be pulled back all the way. after a 20 minute drive, it started to do it to 2nd gear. so i lost both 2nd and 4 th. got it home, and adjusted them. now got 2 nd to work, and fourth will if i jam it in.

is this signs of a worn out shifter mecinism? i took all the rods off at shifter, and levers at trans go into all gear fine.

thanks. btw, when i put new rods on, i did put pin in, and set them all.
 
it does have that bolt, and i tried to loosen it, but did not help
 
I'd start with a complete clean and lube on the shifter and then adjust it according to the manual.
 
i figured it out. i put another shift mechanism in the car, and is good to go!. thank you though
