How do you get the horn button off to pull the steering wheel, I've pushed down and turn (nothing) Thanks

That looks like a pull off. Try pulling it off at an angle

And I thought those style pushed down and turned to the left.

Don't think the medallion has come off though.
Take a look at the pictures, as I don't see any provision for a center bolt or anything like that.
Actually it looks like it is supposed to just pull off.

Pull, it has spring clips. You don't need to pry the medallion out.

Thanks guys, it just pulls off, changing interior colors is why the wheel is coming off

Oh. Thank goodness. I've had 2 cars in my life with that green interior. Didn't like it at all, but they were cheap.
