hemi dart brakes

hey ya im wondering if anyone knew what size and type of brakes came on the original 68 hemi darts/barracudas ??

well being that they were bbp, i thought that they used b body disc brakes. that would mean bendix calipers.

I will look in my old Direct Connection Chassis Manual. I know they listed the part numbers of the rims that were on the car, they might list some of the brake parts too. I'll check tonight.

if they had the front discs off of a b-body then would they have had the b-body drums on the back too??

yes. they used b body brakes and special offset wheels. the auto cars had 4.86 rear 8 3/4" rears. the manual cars had a 4.86 dana 60 rears. the 8 3/4 was the 1.75" medium stem pinion, the 742 case.
