Any one who collects hot wheels might remember the "tatoo machines" series which has paint schemes intended to look like tatoos.
That is a very well done paint job on a full scale car. Not really my style but i can appreciate the effort and work put into it. If it were my car, i would drive it and put it in shows as it is, because that is a real life hot wheel and that is cool.
