HID' Kit question

Has anyone tried one of these HID kits? I know you cant just pop HIDS into the factory lights due to performance and legality issues, however this appears to be a complete Lamp, headlight bulb and ballast setup.

Slantsixdan has posted many times on these and has given his recommendations and reasons (basically stay away). You might search his name and read, this is his area of engineering expertise.

Also 8000k is useless light for driving, 4500k-5500k is what you want if your looking for better visibility.
