I started this project yesterday 10/10/2025.
I made 2 flat brackets and 2 studs to mount onto the passenger side of the oil pan.
These 2 brackets will serve as supports and a place to secure the wiring harness I just made. The harness has connections to the factory temperature sensor, EFI temperature sensor, the Cam Position Sensor. and MSD Crank Trigger. This harness will go to the back of the engine over the transmission bell housing then pass through the firewall into the passenger compartment to the EFI ECU.
I did this to hide as much wiring as possible from view.
Powder Coated brackets
Studs install on pan
Brackets installed on studs
Wiring Harness installed and secured to brackets
Harness connections to sensors.
The Gray and Black thing is the Cam Position Sensor, The Chrome Acorn Nut above it and below the thermostat housing is the Factory temperature sensor. The Red wires to the right of the Cam Position sensor going into the black plug is the EFI temperature sensor. The Blue AN Fittings are the heater hose connections.
