have 74 duster /6. just picked it up 2 weeks ago cool car. had a 60 valiant when they first came out. drove it to death. question: the 74 has a toggle switch left side of dash mounted on the bottom edge, says map light. I turn it on or off, cant see any illiumination much less find the bulb. OK wheres the bulb?? i am far to old to start really really looking under the dash.
 
IIRC there's 2 places it could be - mounted under the dash in the middle or over at the far right
 
74 /6, same as my first car, buckets, console, fold down rear seat and hatch to the trunk. Loved that car to death!!
 
welcome buddy! i hope you get your wiring woes figured out. good luck with the map light. any other questions, feel free to ask. I myself aint too electrical savvy.

I picked up a mopar map light switch for my 66 Valiant 8) It's just not installed yet . Jump on in and enjoy :happy10:
