Hinge pin replacement

Do the hinges have to come off the car or can it be done on the car?

holy crow...probably need to remove the hood and the fender to do that.what happened to the hinge pin? they are welded to the car.

Mine are bolted in and the top one has 3 bolts one of which is really hard to get any kind of socket or wrench on.

have top pull the hinge. can unbolt the lower fender bolts and get to the hing bolts. not easy but you can do it. just did my hinges at the end of last year.
