I do a fair amount of Holley freshen up jobs for people, and one of the things I find that many miss are warpped accelerator pump housings. My simple fix is to just file them flat. I know its not rocket science, but its amazing how many leak problems this often over looked part has solved.
I realize its a no $hit kind of thing to many, but some might benefit from seeing this.

Yeah those screws have a very light torque spec. I don't know what it is, but it ain't much.
 

And only use the black Holley diaphram in my experience. The cheap rubber ones just fall apart on pump gas.
