Here are a few photos of how I made my Home-Brewed behind the header plug wire "looms".

I used 1/16" x 1" Aluminum flat stock to make these.

One end is bent at a 90* angle and has a 1/2" hole drilled in it to fit over a slightly long top/rear motor mount bolt.

The other end has tow 90* bends to make an offset to keep the "loom" spaced even with the block front to rear. It is not really needed. But I am anal.... This end has a 1/4" hole drilled in it.

The pad at the rear of the block on each side is drilled and tapped for a 1/4" x 20 x 1/2" long bolt used to secure the "loom".

Three 1/4" holes are drilled in the sid to side center of the flat stock in locations that will hole the plug wires in the proper positions. I TyRap is used through these holes to secure the plug wires to the "looms".

I will post photos once I get the 2" TTI's bolted up in the next day or two.
