Reading all of this has been, regardless of what changes (or if nothing changes), very supportive and I woke up in a MUCH better mood today.
California is very aggressive in their law writing. In Missouri, I don't believe that any of those protections apply. It's my understanding that they can say anything they want, as long as it is factual. That said, many say nothing simply to avoid the issue.
The interview I went to I was direct and objective about the things that were happening. I also had no idea how screwed up things were until the interviewer looked at me with disbelief. Next time, less is more, lol.
