How hot is it where you are?

WOW...... I ain't saying a nother word.. If I havn;t said it before thanks for all you do for us in the US....Tell your crew to watch there six and come home soon... We all miss all of you..
 
I would die in that kind of heat. There's quite a few members here from the Pacific Northwest and I'm sure you've heard all the stories of all the rain, all very true. But summer really is a great season up here, warm, not crazy hot, as long as you're on the coast, or better yet on an island :toothy7:

Brutal summer in Texland too
its about 10 degrees cooler than Iraq in Texas !
whats killer is night time lows are @ 86-90 degrees & 1" rain in last 10 months
Its hotter than a $2 pistol Here !!
 
Hight today in Northeast Akansas again will be just 99 dusre72, But right know this morning it is 75 degrees :home:

thanks a million for your service to U.S. My father spent 29 days in a POW camp in vietnam. He's the one that taught me to count every single day as a blessing.

Wow that sucks! I feel sorry for you ladies and gentlemen out there in all your gear having not only to deal with the problems, but that insane weather. Be safe!

Hey, but at least it's a dry heat, right???

It's in the upper 90's today in Sacramento w/ low humidity (25%). The weekend will be 100 or so, but our head index is normally right on the given temp or just below it, because of the low humidity here in California. I feel fortunate to live in a Mediterranean climate.

Don't know how you do it over there every day. Must be a tough SOB. Worked in a pump station just south of the Tx/NM line, was 105 outside, 121 in the plant, no breeze or fans. Didn't think 48 was all that old until I cheater piped 36 valve cap nuts on and off, packed it, and PM'd the power end. Nearly keeled over, felt like hell for a couple days.

When you get back, we owe you numerous cold beverages of your choice.
