How many CURRENT owners of real '74 360 Duster 4 speed cars on here?

-
One showed up at the Lebanon TN show last year. Sherwood Green, 4-speed, white vinyl top with factory sunroof. Either an immaculate restoration or immaculate original. I didn't see pictures of it so far. I took pictures of it but hesitate to post someone else's car without their ok. Is the owner here?

There is a video of that car. Looks really nice. I would guess a few of these cars are not factory 360 4-speeds.

Hi guys...
Just ran across this thread. I have a Sherwood Green / Jade Green interior bench seat 4spd. Numbers matching, original paint, 26000 mi and change,
Duster 360. I am third owner and have owned it since November 1980 when it had 19000 and change. It has been garage kept but driven occasionally. It is my avatar!
I am hoping to take it to Carlisle Mopar Nationals this year. Here are some pics.

Very cool! Any interior and engine pictures?

Pretty close to how mine would have looked originally. Thanks for posting it.

Duster 360s, 74 at least, were very under rated as far as being a muscle car goes. Mine was pretty much stock & would run low 14s with stock size tires all day & pretty easily too. They used to be a well-kept secret.

Can you look at your interior trim code on your data tag? Second row up, second from the right. Mine is D2G6. If your car had a white vinyl top, pretty sure it would be almost a perfect representation of what mine would have looked like, minus the spoiler and tach. Just not sure what my interior would have looked like since so I am curious if your code matches.

When you get a chance that is. No rush.

Thanks for posting this here!

I found this thread by accident trying to find some production numbers for how many 74 360 4 speeds were built.
mine is a split bench 4 speed.

mine is a split bench 4 speed.

Mine was a split bench as well, and based on the pictures so far I think it was the same style split (not the highbacked one). Just not sure what the color combination was.

off the top of my head i think it is like D2G6. it is split bench jade green vinyl, door panels, headliner, dash, package tray... everything
black carpet. I have the broadcast sheet. i will look when i get home tomorrow and post it.

Yea Dion, It seems a lot of them came with the Canopy Top, stripe on the side, and molding on the bottom. I'm sure so they would show well at the dealerships. That Sherwood Green is a cool color. Is that your 360 in your avatar Dion?

does anyone out there have an idea of how many 4 speeds there were? pretty sure there were 3969 total.

I also know where there is a red / black stripe 4 speed close to me. It hit a deer a few years ago and has been rotisserie restored ... it is gorgeous!

the guy owned his as long as i have had mine.

here are a couple pics from 1981 when i first bought it

so how many have you guys accounted for so far?? does anyone know the numbers for how many four speeds?
200k dusters built that year but only like 400 (not exact) with the 355 gear ratio. In order to get those ratios you needed to upgrade to the 4 speed manual transmission. Nice car, my dads is similar. He’s had all kinds of troubles getting it built but here’s the most recent update

Look under rear seat, under dash, under rear window pan usual places they stuck broadcast sheets. From there you will find everything the car left the factory with. This is what they look like
