How to adjust wing window on a 68 dart

I'm having issues getting the inards of my 68 dart doors together.cant adjust my wing window.is there a bolt on the inside on the corner that slides in.hard to explain,just how do I do it. Lol

Open the clamp, and push out in the back to open, push front to close. Use both hands!
