How to make a fiberglass hood with low line scoop...

-
Man don't you let anyone question your hood and don't you, it looks awesome I wish I could do body work and fab work have as good as you. I can't wait to see the whole car together.

Finally some action on the mould fabrication….with it having been so hot in Canberra for the past few weeks I’ve been unable to lay fiberglass.…vinyl ester resin cures far faster than polyester even when using slow reaction catalyst….temps have been low enough to get the exterior part of the mould made, with luck the coming week or two will see the other half made….

Marty awesome job man wish you were building a VE Val as I could do with one of those bonnets for my Dart.

The test bonnet now has been filled with the expanding urethane foam, won’t do that on the bonnet I’m going to use! Cover plates for the gas struts and quick latches made and fitted, along with the molding….ready for fitting to the ute!
