How to redo a textured finish ?

Hey guys, I've got a 72 Duster with the bucket seats and the panels on the back of the seats are a little roughed up. What have you guys used to recreate that textured finish?

I use 3m rocker panel spray then put your color over it. Works well

I used wrinkle paint.

Cheap truck bed liner in a rattle can. Perfect for interior panels. Or rubberized undercoating. Basically the same.

Yup, rusoleum bed-liner. Look at my resto, you'll see it there!
