I just wanted to verify this before applying force. I read that pushing back and lift the front of the rear seat bottom should do the trick. Sound right?

Thanks guys.

Yes, but the "Hook" that it sits in alos can catch the bar of the seat if you push to far back.
If at first you don't get it out, try again with less pressure and lift.

if it helps, here is a picture,
the "hook" is at the right side of the pic.

i have to say this is a pain the the a$$ well for me it is, cause i'm small haha, my dad had to help me get the seat out of my cuda, he could barly do it, sometimes they are stuborn, i was suprised there wasnt even that big of a mouse house...compaired to my dart :silent: it was the WHOLE SEAT!!

Push down and back at the same time, then lift. Should pop right out. Do one side at a time if you're doing it by yourself.

Glad to help.:)

While my seat was out I added some sound deadner,
it made the car a Lot quieter.
