If it was a desirable tag (R/T,AAR.etc) I could understand it.
You could rebirth a desirable and valuable car.
This type of ad is illegal in Australia.
 
What he selling is the item's to clone a car. In example, make your 70 barracuda into a 70 AAR, 340, 6pak car. MoPars are a bit more involved than just a data plate and vin plate. The fenders, rails all have the cars numbers on them somewhere to prevent clones.

Most do not know this.
 
That sounds to me like the perfect way to have a title with all matching tags to get a car you bought without a title back on the road. I've seen a few clean cars w/ no title and said nahhh.

its also a good way to go to jail, could be an undercover cop you buy the tag and from him and get a nice comfy 4X8 room to sleep in:eek:ops:

no matter where you are in the world what he is selling is very illegal
 
Plain out illegal..... Specially putting it out there on the interweb
