not only is he riding on a LADIES bike, he also has no lights on it (not sure if you need it but still) and I caught him run at least one red light
I can not stand "outlaws" like that
why is it bicyclist think the rules don't apply to them?
if I were part of newyorks finest I would take this video and see what else I can ticket that idiot for (especially the hit and run with the parked cruiser)
this just goes to show freedom of speech should be limited to the amount of mental capacity a person has (his ran out well before he made the video)
