Both are the good oil and wont wipe out a flat tappet cam.

Hell, I collect the oil spigots we used to use to stick in those cans to put the oil in.
I miss the days of grabbing that thing, stuffing it in the can, hearing that sound and then pouring the oil in with no funnel, no spills no issues.
Just cool.
