i need help with my interior

I am restoring a 69 dart dody shop lost some parts ,so hear i am what do you call the peice of steel that goes between the interior rear 1/4 panel and the bottom of the quarter window hear is a pic so you can see what i mean , it goes above the black panel to the window.View attachment IMG00163.jpg
