I really need some advice here

Glad to see an update! How did you determine that PTC was the convertor to use for your build? I'm building a similar engine for street use and that's one of the things that I'm on the fence about.
 
I called the guy at PTC and he is familiar with this type of engine/car set up and advised the convertor. I think the home page of his website has a pic of his 67 or 68 Cuda pulling the front tires off the ground.
 
Cool. That's what I plan on doing after my engine is dyno'd. 4500 stall just seemed kinda high for stroker/street engine. I plan on making lots of torque down low and was thinking a convertor in the 3000-3500 range would suit my needs.
