I think I found my vibration problem

It is not uncommon to have 2 or more similar/related
problems at the same time, so you are not alone. Glad
you've solved 90% of the driveline vibe issues, I probably
wouldn't bother w/the eng. one if I determined it was just
mechanical and very small only at idle until I planned on a
change. As to the exchange w/replicarracer43, you
have to understand he,as I,were following THIS thread. I
wasn't looking at any others of your ride, so when you
posted a change of pinion angle fixed your vibration, that
leaves folks unaware of a parallel driveline issue thread
wondering as RR43. This thread was 'bout your mill, not
the rest, so............

no problem. I was just stating that the small quiver at idle when car wasn't moving was a different problem than the grinding vibration when it was moving. If that is all I am going to have to deal with, I wont rebuild the engine. I thought for awhile that the grinding vibration was in the engine according to a lot of other members on here. I never really believed that because it was a different kind of problem. I guess I had 2 at the same time. That is what happens sometimes when you put a BB in a SB car and change everything.
 
Good deal, TD, and thanks for letting us know. Checking angles on the u-joints has been on my list to do on my son's 'Cuda.... It may move up on the priority list now.
