ID my carb please....

I' m looking to get a rebuild kit for my carb. The guy at the store didn't seem too sure about what model it was but said he would call and tell me they could get it in. Now I'm not sure he knows what one to get. I checked on the web as much as i could but I know very little about them,so i'm asking you guys.It's a Holley

Yes on the 750 vac sec carb. The above has lots of specs for the carb.
